| September 8, 2008 The dilapidated fort of historic Mubarik Mandi, Jammu telling the tale of total neglect and callous attitude of the Jammu & Kashmir state government towards Hindu-Dogra heritage resulting in such a worst condition to once majestic seat of power of great Hindu-Dogra rulers of Jammu and Kashmir.
