After the successful completion of consecutive KP National Camps at Big Bear Lake Resort, in 2008 and at Lake Tahoe in 2009, KP Biradari invites you for a grand community get together at its 3rd KP National Cultural Meet from July 3rd to 5th July 2010 at Lake Arrowhead/Bigbear mountain range of San Bernardino valley, California (USA).

Where will we stay in San Bernardino valley?
The hotel Suites booked for this event offers spacious, well-appointed double bedded guest rooms complete with a fireplace, pillow top mattresses, cable satellite television with Showtime and high-speed Internet access. The Chateau hotel offers an array of amenities including an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, steam room, fitness center, inside corridors, landscaped garden, full business services and meeting/banquet facilities for exclusive use of our group.

How to get to Event site
From Los Angeles and Orange Counties: Interstate 10 East to the Running Springs Interstate 210 North exit in Redlands. Follow Interstate 210 North to Highway 330 To Highway 18.
Alternative route from Interstate 10: Interstate 10 East to Orange Street North in Redlands. Follow signs to Highway 38.
From San Diego County: Interstate 15 North to Interstate 10 East and follow above directions.
From Palm Springs: Interstate 10 West and follow above directions.
From Las Vegas: Interstate 15 South to Barstow. Take the 247-Big Bear exit to Lucerne Valley. Left on Highway 18.

Airports are Palm Springs Municipal Airport, Ontario International Airport, John Wayne Airport, and Long Beach Municipal Airport. The airport in Palm Springs is just 37 miles away. Ontario International Airport is 42 miles away. Long Beach Airport is not too busy, close to both Los Angeles and Orange County, and 77 miles away. John Wayne Airport is a busy airport in Orange County, located 67 miles.

$399 for entire family- Earlybird all inclusive package*
(2 adults with upto 2 kids)
$200/individual** (shared Hotel room)
Registration: $50/family or $25/individual
(Early Bird pricing applicable for a limited period till 30th April 2010)

After April 30, pricing will be:
All Inclusive Family Package*: $449 (2 adults with upto 2 kids)
All Inclusive Individual Package*: $225 (Shared Hotel room)
Registration: Family $50/family or $25/individual *

*All inclusive Package includes boarding, lodging, entertainment and cocktails.

Entertainment Galore

Delicious and freshly cooked Veg/Non Veg Indian/Kashmiri meals will be catered and served inside banquet/meeting hall.

Beautiful,comfortable and cozy rooms shall be provided to each family.

Entertaining concert evening with Kashmiri Singer from India and Stage shows/skits in Kashmiri are being arranged by the volunteer team.

Boat/Doonga Ride as in the past two camps is being arranged.

Special activities including an interactive seminar/discussion for youth being planned.

Outdoor fun activities such as hiking, Cricket/volleyball, golf, horseback riding, fishing, sailing, children activities etc. will be organized for those interested.
