प्रिय मित्रो,
Welcome.
स्वागतम् !
I am very enthusiastic to say that the method we evolved for learning Hindi through E-lessons is helping a lot to learn more and more words. i also get good feed back from you, through e-mails.The more vocabulary we have, the more we will be able to communicate in Hindi.
Lesson No 8 will be devoted to the learning about water, an important component of environment.
"Aathvaan Paath" Jal ke baare/Sambandh meM hai
आठवाँ पाठ जल के बारे/ सम्बन्ध में है।
jala arthaat paani ke baare meM apanii baata hindii bhaashaa mem aarambha karate haiM
I shall give you some words related to water.
Hindi Words to learn
Sambhandh-सम्बन्ध. relation,connection
Arthaat-अर्थात् , in other words.
Aarambh-आरम्भ--to begin with.
Adi Kaal--आदिकाल in the beginning.
Kahlaata कहलाता is said.
Swacch-स्वच्छ clean, pure.
Kartavya-कर्तव्य, duty.
Naalaa--नाला stream, rivulet.
Kaaran--कारण, Cause.
Bharat Waasi-भारत वासी, Indians.
Vitasta --वितस्ता,Main river of Kashmir.
Ganga --गंगा,Most sacred river for Hindus.
Sarayu सरयु--A river in Avodhya-U.P.(India).
Jalaashaya--जलाशय is water resource.
Taalab --- तालाब is pond.
Chashma--- चश्मा is water spring.
Nadi ----- नदी is river.
Pavitra ----पवित्र is sacred.
Note: The next lesson will be based on the words explained above.
