पतिमिस सबक़स मन्ज़् हेछ असि---
सब्ज़ियन हुन्द् नाव, (Patimis Sabqas Manz HyoCh Asi sabziyan Hundi Naaw)
(In the previous lesson, we learnt about Kashmiri vegetables---,)
लेहज़ा,अज़ हेछव मेवन हुन्दि नाव ( Lehzaa, Az HeChav mewan Hundi Naaw)
( ---, so we shall learn the names of fruits grown in Kashmir)
परान परान् ति लगि स्यठाह् मज़
(Paran Paran Ti Lagi SyeThah Maza)
(We will enjoy the taste as well, while learning the names.)

फ़रख क्याह छि फलस् तु या म्यवस
(Faraq Kyaah Chi Phalas Tu Yaa Mewas)

फल गयि/ Phal Gayi ----Green fruits:
मगर मेव गव MaraMewa Gaw Dry Fruits.
Note:--In Kashmiri language both green and dry fruits are known as "Mewa".

f बम चून्ठ --Bama TsoonTh
2. त्रेल--Trail, a type of Smaal apple
a किचि-हैम त्रेल-KitsiHaim Trail
b खोतनि त्रेल khotni Trail
3. दछ --DaCh--Grapes
a म्वो॑दुर दछ--Mvadur daCh Sweet Grapes
b चो॑क दछ --Tsok DaCh --Sour Grapes
a बेदान दछ-Bedan DaCh--Seedless Grapes
b लार दछ--Lar DaCh-- Grapes from Lar Village
c सिरक॒ दछ --Sirka DaCh--Acidic Grapes
4.काव दछ--Kaav DaCh, a forest mini grape,
resembling the color of a crow.
5. तुल--Tul-- Berry
a शाह तुल--Shah tul King of Mulbery, large in
size,semi red and semi black in color.)
b छोत तुल --Chot Tula-- Berry white in Color
c क्रुहुन तुल॒--Kruhun Tul--Berry Black in color.
6. गिलास--Gilaas --Cherry
a डबल गिलास Dabal Gilaas --Big Cherry
b मिठ॒ गिलास MiTha Gilaas -- Sweet Cherry
7. आऽलिच--Aa.alitch, Ungraphted Cherry.

b ट्य्ठ .चेर TyeTh Tser Bitter
10 ओलुव बुखार--Oluw Bukhaar
11अन्जीर--Anjeer- Fig, but very rare production.
12 टन्ग--Tang
a हर्द कालक्य टन्ग--Hardu Ka'ilya Tand
b गोश बुगि टन्ग--Goshu bugi Tand, also
known as Baba gosha.
13गोर्दोल--Gordail
14 दाऽन --Daa'in--pomegrenate.
15अनार दाऽन--Anaara Daa'in , With sour red seeds
16 ह्यन्दव्यन्द--hyendawand--Water -melon.
a डेम्ब॒ ह्यन्दव्यन्द--Demba Handwana-- in the Dal Lake floating gardens.
17 खरबुज़--kharbuz-- Melon
18 लाऽर--Laa'ir Cuccumber
a बाग लाऽर--Baag Laa'ir, grown in the gardens
b डेम्ब॒ लाऽर --Demba Laa'ir, grown in
the hanging gardens.
19 छाछ--ChhaaCh- Black berry
20 काव दछ--Kaw DaCh-- Indigo Berry (Like Crow color)
21 ब्रेय--Breya
22 बादाम Baadaam -- Almonds(nuts)
a बुर्ज़लि बादाम--Soft almonds to crack
with tooth
23 डून--Doonya--walnuts
a बुर्ज़लि डून Burzali Duunya--Soft almonds to crack.
b वोन्ट डून--Wont Doonya --Hard almonds to crack
24 पम्बुच Pambuch - Lotus Seed
गैर्य Gairya --Water nuts with thorns.
