A poem on Kashmir with Audio

Kashmir Poem
Shyan Koul
1. [I see, some people out there
that know how I feel
And I meet
my old hopes and dreams
Shattered, shrouded,
In my memories]
b.[Ohh yeah!] (Repeat a)

Man I want to go back
just so I can throw back
Back to the time when happiness didn’t lack.
But now, that time and place is gone
And all I got left is this lousy song

Kashmir, Oh my Kashmir…(Repeat 1)

I miss you Kashmir
Because one day
We gonna hold our hands and say
We need to go back to Kashmir
But today is not that day
So let’s put down our hands and pray
That we are gonna go back to Kashmir
Kashmir, Oh Kashmir… Repeat

My great small Bard, your soulful song on Kashmir has evoked all my fond memories of good old days in the valley of lotuses, roses and tulips. Both content and rendering of the song with such pathos is grand. You made me believe that our shattered dreams shrouded in memories will not confine to a lousy song. The music of the song is simply amazing.Your poem will ignite us all to desire and work for our graceful return to our peaceful motherland.Bravo!
