The way forward as I see it Part-2

I discussed some of the generalities in my previous article and the response was encouraging though somewhat less participative. It is understandable because generalities can at best be described as part of an arm-chair suggestions and may not have much of an effect in to-days rough and tumble of a fast changing world. But as I said some overall consensus is necessary to implement our agenda and a broad frame work has to be worked out.
